Hess Education Canada is the North American branch of the Hess International family of education providers!

Taiwan | Singapore | China | Canada ...and now Korea!

Hess Education Canada is the first centre for the Hess International Educational Organization to be established in Canada.  After much research and consideration, Vancouver, Canada was determined to be the ideal spot to officially introduce the West to our unique fusion of Western and Eastern educational philosophies and approaches. 

We offer four main services at our Vancouver centre at 179 West Broadway (across from Mountain Equipment Coop - MEC) 

• Mandarin Programs  (Traditional & Simplified - beginner, intermediate, advanced)
• Teacher Recruitment (English teachers only for our schools in Taiwan, Korea & Singapore)
• International Cultural Exchange Camps (International students coming to Canada)

Whether you are teaching a Mandarin student, an English student, an international camper, an adult, a child, or training a teacher to teach, all involve changing a life through education. To have the opportunity to make a positive impact on so many learners in so many different ways is a privilege and a trust we take seriously.  

Our mission is to enable our learners to achieve their maximum learning potential while nurturing a life long love for learning. It is not easy, but we are up for the challenge. We have been nurturing learners since 1983 and we are continually looking for ways to refine our programs and incorporate the latest learning methodologies into our classrooms and training centres so that we can provide the best pedagogical environment for our learners.
